Dennehy stays on

Gillingham centre half Darren Dennehy has extended his loan to the maximum duration of 93 days and will remain at Priestfield until mid-late April.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 centre back, currently on loan from Championship side Cardiff City, has impressed with his performances as a left-sided centre half and was one of the Gills’ outstanding players on Saturday against Bristol Rovers.
The news will come as a real boost for the Gills, who earned their first win of 2010 at the weekend, and will be looking to make it back-to-back victories at home on Tuesday night against Leyton Orient.
