After a period of recuperation the old duffers return with tales of their exploits during the 2007/08 season.
Following the success of the series of articles that comprised the excellent ‘Grandad’s Toolshed’, Eccles returns with some tongue in cheek escapades of the Zimmer Boys.
They have featured before on Gills365, and now they return for another chronicle of bizarre adventures.
They’re clapped out, cynical, irreverent, and it’s best not to get down-wind of ‘em. They long for a return to the good old days – when going to an away game meant a good laugh, a good punch-up, plenty of booze, a bit of rumpy-pumpy if your luck was in – oh, and a win for the Gills.
